RETURN POLICY

We allow return in the event whereby the order is sent wrong to you.

Kindly send us the picture of the items received & email to us support@jeanc.my with title "Return + Order No"

Kindly return the product to:

Send us the tracking code and receipt for return delivery (full refund)

We will send the replacement (subject to stock availability) or refund when we receive the return item.


REFUND POLICY

We allow refund in the event where the product is damaged when received (not including damage in packaging)

Please take note that refund will take within 7 working days.

Parcel lost - Kindly allow full claim report to courier partner in order to receive refund (Within 14 working days)
